This session targets the chest, the back and the bingo wings!
In the upper body session you'll use a variety of resistance training exercises to develop a firmer chest, a shapely back and arms that don't wobble when you wave!
In this session we focus on building, sculpting and toning the muscles in the lower body. Learn how to 'switch on' and truly work your glutes and the back of your legs to create firm thighs and a bum that defies gravity!
There's also plenty of abdominal work to help you get a leaner, flatter stomach.
Total Body training is a full body workout using a combination of complexes and isolation exercises to target all the major muscles to improve overall muscle tone and to create a lean, shapely physique
